Permanently closed following a federal criminal case: operator Tyler Hall convicted for manufacturing and selling unapproved drugs (SARMs/SERMs and others) as Rat's Army, LLC and introducing misbranded drugs into interstate commerce. FDA/DOJ enforcement. Any storefront using the name today is likely an impostor.
Voluntary permanent closure announced Jan 27, 2026; discontinued all research-product sales. Not raided or criminally charged — exited ahead of enforcement pressure. Committed to fulfilling outstanding orders or issuing refunds before closing.
How this list is built
Facts, not opinions. Each vendor is listed only with a documented reason and a source link. We surface regulatory records and closures — we don’t publish a rating we can’t defend.
Enforcement claims link to the primary record. Any vendor marked FDA / DOJ enforcement links directly to the government warning letter or case — tagged Primary source. Shutdowns and scams cite the strongest available record, tagged Industry record (e.g. regulatory graveyards / closure trackers). Third-party vendor-review sites are used only as a minor secondary reference, never as the basis for an enforcement label.
“Still trading” matters most. An FDA warning letter is a leading indicator — vendors often keep selling for weeks before closing or being forced offline. A vendor that is live and under enforcement is the highest-risk case for a buyer, so we flag it explicitly rather than waiting for the site to go dark.
Status reflects the last date each vendor was checked (shown per entry) and can change. This page refreshes from PepAssure’s live database each time it’s opened. Informational only — not legal, medical, or purchasing advice. Vendor names and domains are identifiers, not endorsements.
