IGF-1 DES

IGF-1 DES (DES(1-3) IGF-1) is a truncated analog of IGF-1 lacking the first three N-terminal residues, which sharply reduces IGFBP binding and increases local potency. It is studied for effects on muscle hypertrophy and cell proliferation.

Also known as: DES(1-3) IGF-1, IGF-1 DES(1,3)
